Available to assist anyone via appointment throughout most parts of Los Angeles and North Orange County. A certified, bonded, and insured mobile notary that can conveniently meet at your home, business, hospital, assisted living center, secured facility, airport terminal or even a local coffee shop. Prior to leaving I will make certain each document is properly signed, dated, and notarized.

Acceptable Forms of Identification
A Notary must identify the document signer by examining and verifying one of the identification documents listed below. Proper identification is required for any notary public service requiring acknowledgement of signature. The ID must be current and also contain the signer’s physical description, photograph, ID number, and signature. If you cannot produce acceptable identification, we may be able to verify your identify through a credible witness.
The following types of identification are recognized and accepted in the state of California. Identification must be current and issued within the last five years. Expired ID cards will not be accepted, All ID cards must have a photo, physical description, signature and identification number.

- Employee ID from state or government
- United States Passport
- U.S. Military ID Card

- California Department Of Corrections Inmate ID

FEES
- Signature Notarization – Per Signature $15.00
- Administering an Oath/Affirmation and executing a Jurat – $15.00
- Certifying a copy of a Power of Attorney – $15.00

- In addition to the fee(s) for notary services, there is a travel fee.
Notary Fees are due at the completion of service. Unless it has been mutually agreed and negotiated before arrival. Payments can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, or Check. Checks Payable to RBHernandez Services.
