Travel to your location for the diagnose, repair, pickup and drop off of equipment. Contact me or book an appointment online to help solve your technology issues.
Diagnose Consultation: Diagnose the issue and quote for the repair. The Diagnose consultation fee may be waived if the computer repair exceeds the consultation fee. Requesting additional services not in the original request while on-site will result in extra charges.
- PC Tune-Up for one computer
- Increase speed and performance of your computer
- Perform system cleanup and de-fragmentation
- Uninstall any unnecessary programs to free up storage space
- Extra charges will apply in the event that virus removal is needed. Customer will be notified beforehand.

- Data Back-up or Transfer for one computer
- Backup data to customer’s CD or DVD – up to 10 GB
- Backup data to customer’s external hard drive
- Backup data to customer’s cloud account
- This service does not include data recovery from damaged drives
- New Computer Setup
- Perform system updates
- Remove unwanted programs
- Help setup user accounts
- Test hardware and software functionality
- Virus Removal & Cleanup – If your computer is slow, freezing, or plagued with popups, your computer may be infected.
- Troubleshoot one computer
- Perform a full-system sweep for all viruses, spyware, and malware
- Remove viruses, spyware, and malware if present
- Repair related OS issues
- This service does not include data recovery/transfer services.
- Software Installation or Removal of one piece of Software for one computer
- Ensure compatibility and install software
- Perform any necessary software updates
- Set up any relevant shortcuts
- Uninstall unwanted software when applicable
- Printer Setup
- Set up a local printer via USB Cable to one computer
- Configure and test printer functionality
- Demonstrate proper printer functionality
- Connecting to Wi-Fi or wired network (Option 2 on price sheet)
- OS (Operating System) Install or Re-install
- Install or Re-install on operating system on one computer (OS discs are required and will not be supplied)
- Ensure that all necessary drivers have been installed
- Make sure system is up to date
- Verify the system is functioning properly
- Computer Hard Drive Secure Erase
- Wipe a computer clean of existing data
- Backup data (additional cost)
- Transfer data (additional cost)
- If data back-up is needed, cost is extra.

- Covers up to 1 hour of training
